    New but opened-has been re taped. See pictures. One of the sides where the tags are is torn as well. The skirt itself looks in good shape though. Check out my other auctions. I have a ton of other bedding/kitchen/etc and will combine shipping!  This will be mailed in a padded flat rate envelope with fragile stickers. If you want me to ship it in a box let me know however shipping will cost more.
    I try to mail everything either the same day or next shipping date however with covid going on USPS has been slower with deliveries. So yours might show up a little later than expected.
