VINTAGE 80'S SCHUTT NOPO-DW RED DOT FOOTBALL HELMET FACEMASK - Gray

This is an auction for a vintage Schutt NOPO-DW
red
dot, football helmet facemask.  This one is the 80's version.  This mask offers a lot more protection that its 70's counterpart.  The side, rounded hook-ups are on this.
Please notice that even the red dot is placed correctly on the mask, in the exact color that Schutt used over 40 years ago.  Something you will only find here...  As a side note, red dot masks are made and sized for medium sized helmets (wanted to make sure that was clear!)

that was taken from an original OPO-DW

The very long and painstaking process was made to make sure this mask is as exact as possible to those old masks.  It has been dipped in the gray, liquid (PVC) coating.  So it has the same thickness and feel that the old coatings from the 80's have. This mask is
awesome!!!
This is the exact style mask that Lineman John Hannah wore later in his career with the Patriots.
(I snapped that picture while watching a game on YouTube!  That's why it has Tony Collins' name there!)
In going through this process, I have thought long and hard about where my pricing needs to be on these masks.  Please understand that this was
not
a cheap endeavor.  This asking price is as low as I can get it so the effort would be compensatory in some form.  I have tried to find a price that is conducive so more collectors can get their hands on this elusive mask.  I hope I have succeeded.
There is no hardware included in this auction.
Shipping is included in the price of the mask.  I will ship USPS Priority.  I try to ship out within a day or two of having received payment.
